摘要：中部地区包括山西、安徽、江西、河南、湖北、湖南6个省份，总面积102.8万平方公里，总人口3.61亿。十七大报告提出：“大力促进中部地区崛起”。中部地区崛起战略实施以来，中部地区县域经济得到快速的发展，县域经济总量和质量都有很大的提高，为解决我国中部地区的“三农”问题、全面建设小康社会打下了坚实的经济基础。本文深入分析了中部崛起与中部地区县域经济发展存在的主要问题，并有针对性地提出了相关对策建议。

Abstract: the central region including shanxi, anhui, jiangxi, henan, hubei, hunan 6 provinces, with a total area of 102.8 square kilometers, the total population of 361 million. The report: “vigorously promote the rise of the central region”. The rise of the central region since the implementation of strategy, the middle part of the county economy get fast development, the county economy and quality are greatly improved, in central China to solve the problem of “agriculture, countryside and farmers”, the comprehensive construction well-off society to lay a solid economic foundation. The paper deeply analyses the rise of the central region and central regions county economic development of the existing problems, and put forward suggestion to related countermeasures.
