In this situation, some people think communicating well with others should be prioritized for a leader since those presidential candidates are supposed to communicate well with the public and their opponents. However, I believer there are other two more required characteristics even though the effective communication techniques can bring many advantages. For one thing, when it comes to leadership, politicians and business leaders have to cultivate the distinguished and rudimentary technique, leading to the constant progress of a company. To be more specific, the effective leadership can help make quick and proper decisions when confronted with the relentlessly changing environment.
