自从上一学期接手这两个班的英语教学工作之后，我就一直关注学生对于英语这门课的交际能力的培养，因为我认为我们学习语言的最终目的就是能够用它去进行简单交流与沟通，那么，对于学生来说就是让他们如何在规定时间里完成一篇高质量的英语作文，但是，对于我们农村孩子来说这就比较困难，因为学生们之前一直认为学习英语这门课就是为了进重点高中，然后考上名牌大学。所以，从一开始，我就一直以培养学生的兴趣为前提，让学生先爱上这门课，爱上英语课程里面的某一部分内容，而听、说、读、写这四项基本技能里，对于学生来说比较简单的应该是听，最难而且投入时间最少的就是写作部分。学生对于英语写作总是觉得无话可说、无从下手，而且作文中的错误句子比正确句子都要多，长期以来，这也极大地挫伤了他们的写作积极性，为了解决这一问题，让学生不再为英语写作而感到痛苦，我采取了一系列的措施，目前看来我的解决方案已经初见成效，现对自己所采取的方法做如下总结：

1、英语书法比赛

通过对学生英语试卷及平时作业的观察与研究，我发现部分学生的英语字母书写极其难看，一个单词、一个短语并不是那么的显而易见，可是要誊写一篇文章，从整体的书写来看，学生的字体就比较难看。因此，我就借用网络资源为学生下载一些英语书写字帖让学生进行临摹，在之后的几个周里，对于表现好的小组及个人及时提出表扬，而对于那些待优个人也要进行鼓励，让他们再接再厉，继续努力，争取取得更大的进步。到现在为止，我们这两个班的学生在英语书写这块应经取得了明显的成绩。

2、英语满分作文背诵活动

从本学期开始，我就在我所带的两个班级里进行英语优秀作文和课文部分段落的背诵活动，一个半月过去了，现在背诵的最多的学生已经背诵了五篇满分作文了，而且从他们平时的写作练习和上次月考作文中，我发现背诵越多的学生在写作的过程所犯的错误就越少，语言也就更地道、准确、连贯，他们能够明确地表达自己的观点。

3、满分作文背诵指导

背诵是学生最头疼的事情之一，而死记硬背又达不到让学生灵活使用的目的，所以，为了解决这一问题，我对所挑选的范文都会进行讲解，首先，我会分析文中的高级句法、句式结构，说明作文的得分点，梳理作文中的语法知识点，帮助他们理解作文结构;其次，为学生提供全文的翻译，说明文章意思，帮助学生理解文中的长难句，还会根据汉语意思让学生总结出其他学过的词汇、短语、句型等。最后，我会和学生一起总结出作文中出现的亮点词汇、短语、句型，让学生对于这些亮点进行识记，并通过翻译句子掌握常用短语，通过分析学会高分句型。

通过前一阶段学生对优秀范文的背诵活动和我们教师的公开课、示范课活动，学生对于英语写作的畏惧感逐渐消失，现阶段我们训练的重点是让学生在平时的练习中去体会英语的准确性、连贯性，尤其是要加强准确性的训练，以消除学生的汉语思维，避免他们的作文中出现changlish。因此现阶段，我们多采用语法填空这种训练模式对学生进行操练，我们的选题内容丰富、话题多样，有演讲稿、游记、课文缩写等多种形式，以便让学生掌握不同问题的写作格式和常用句式。

在批阅前几次的学生作文中，我发现目前学生的优点是已经有意识的去使用一些英语的固定句型和短语，而且也知道如何去使用过渡句从而使得文章更加的连贯，能够正确表达自己所要陈述的观点，即能够正确地使用简单句，不过还是存在一些小的瑕疵，比如：单词拼写的错误、大小写不分、部分学生的书写凌乱。所以，为了解决这类问题，我们课题组就找出一系列的短文改错让学生进行训练，而且每次完成练习题之后，有学生自己去寻找错误点然后加以改正，目的在于让他们得知自己平时作文中的小错误，然后明白如何避免类似问题的发生，最终达到能够正确使用英语去完成一篇高质量的作文。

总之，教无定法，而提高学生英语的写作能力也不是一蹴而就的，所以，在今后的教学过程中，我会不断的总结自己教学过程中的得与失，适时调整自己的教学方法以适应学生的学习需求!
