我家养了两条热带鱼，一条是红色的、一条是黄色的，我给它们分别取了名字叫小红和小黄。刚买回热带鱼时，它们还是刚出生的幼仔呢，而现在，已是一条健壮的热带鱼了。

小黄是条雌性鱼，它眼睛圆圆的，像一个黑色的玻璃球儿，它的嘴巴小小的，身上的鱼鳞是金色的，阳光照在小黄身上，从远处看，像黄金一样闪耀。小黄的尾巴更是奇怪，尾巴大大的，淡黄的颜色夹着豹子的花纹，像一把小扇子，好象要给我们扇风似的。小红更是美丽了，它一身红彤彤的，头上有两只鼓鼓的大眼睛，像一个大大的闪光灯炮似的。小红那红艳的尾巴好象在它身上穿了一条喇叭裙。

我一有时间就去看我那美丽的小热带鱼，如果它们饿了，我会拿出几粒热带鱼饲料喂它们。在投放食物时，我总会说：“小黄、小红，来吃饭喽！”小红仿佛听懂了我的话，迅速地游了过来。而小黄呢，却摆了摆尾巴，不紧不慢的向我游来。接着，它们就你一粒、我一粒，争先恐后地吃了起来。

我从来没有见过热带鱼睡觉，那怕很晚，它也睁着眼睛一动不动。我很奇怪，难道热带鱼是不睡觉的吗？后来妈妈告诉我，鱼是没有眼皮的，即使它睡着了，眼睛也是睁着的，这时，我才恍然大悟。

奶奶家养了一条小白狗，因为它是白色，奶奶说叫“白”字的名字不好听，所以取了名叫“贝贝”。

贝贝除了尾巴和脚，其它地方全是白色的。它的尾巴是半黑半黄的，脚是纯黑色的，鼻子上还有点白色。它的耳朵耷拉着，眼睛稍微带点玫红，嘴巴小小的，是樱桃小嘴。贝贝看起来有点吓人，它对主人温文尔雅，对陌生人谨小慎微，暴烈如虎。

有一次，奶奶家来了爷爷的一位老朋友来看爷爷，他显然是非常喜欢小狗的。一见到贝贝，嘴里连声说着：“我身上有狗喜欢的味道，它不会咬我的。”爷爷说：“我们家的狗可不懂你身上的味。”他伸手去抚摸贝贝，可万万没有想到，我们贝贝果然不懂，回头就是一口，吓得这位爷爷大惊失色。

还有一次，我买了一支冰棍，它见我回来，把饭盆叼了过来，向我讨吃的。于是我把冰棍给了它，它还真的吃了。我又买了一包巧克力，刚打开它就扑过来抢走了，还向我摇了摇尾巴表示谢谢，气得我直跺脚。而且它还会照镜子呢！经常在镜子前走来走去，真是臭美。

我喜欢贝贝，更喜欢它的调皮。
