快板是源于山东的一项传统文化，最早叫顺口溜或叫莲花落，是卖艺人沿街卖艺时经常采用的一种艺术形式。我喜欢快板是因为觉得快板很受大家的欢迎，无论走到哪儿只要你为大家来上一段，保证大家都会立刻乐开了花；加之我是一个性格开朗、外向活泼的男孩儿，经常参加各种比赛和社会活动，遇到学校有什么活动的时候，带着快板出个节目也是件有意义有乐趣的事，因此我和快板就这样结下了不解之缘。经过一段时间的练习，我可以带着快板为家人、朋友、老师们表演了。通过表演不光锻炼了我的表演能力，增加了自信，丰富了我的业余生活，而且最重要的是：我不再是个只会说英语的“假洋鬼子”，而是也懂得传统文化的中国人。
快板，让我为学校为我个人又多了一份荣誉。
我第一次真正上台表演快板是在我们江西五套的爱心晚会上。当我用节奏欢快的点带出我的说词时，全场的同学老师都为我鼓掌喝彩，连见过世面的五套节目组的老师们也连连点头称赞，我还被记者们带去采访录了特写。那一刻，我就知道我也可以为弘扬祖国的传统文化出一份力了。第二次是：我非常荣幸的被选上参加我们学校的一个主题班会，这个主题班会被选去市里参加比赛，同时还被作为全区班主任会被观摩。我和另一名同学一起被选上用快板表演文明南昌《三字经》，全场的老师为我们的出色表现鼓了很久很久的掌。那掌声令我感动了很久，甚至可以说是：终生难忘。我还有幸帮我妈妈学校表演了快板呢！现在我都快成快板的小名人了。
现在我已经真正喜欢上快板了，我决心要把快板练得更好！更加弘扬我们的传统文化！

最近，我们学校举行了“陶花节——茶文化专场”的活动，在活动中，我学到了很多知识，比如：有关茶的歌、有关茶的传说、怎样泡茶才好喝……
在活动的几天内，我们跟着陆华老师学了有关茶的歌。
在班队课上，陆老师在广播里将我们唱歌。赵老师在班里说着这件事，同学们听了哇哇大笑，顿时，教室里像炸开了锅。陆老师先把歌词跟老师们说，让老师把歌词写在黑板上，然后陆老师唱一句，同学们跟一句，唱得像只老虎，不过我们已经很努力的在唱了。“叮铃铃”下课了，同学们也跟着广播唱了起来。
有关茶的传说很多，有龙井茶的传说、黄山毛峰的传说、铁观音的传说、君上银针的传说……其中我最熟悉的是铁观音的传说。故事是这样的：二百多年前，当地有一位老茶农姓魏名荫，精于茶事，又笃信佛教，每日早晚必在佛前敬献清茶。一夜，在梦中荷锄出门，至溪涧石旁，见石缝中有一茶树，枝繁叶茂，芳香似兰，深感诧异，正欲探身摘叶，忽被犬吠声惊醒。翌晨，他循梦中途径，行至观音岩打石坑石壁处，果然看到梦中所见茶树，汁淳厚细润，边缘作锯齿状，红芽绿叶，异于它种。遂将茶树移植家中一破铁鼎中，悉心培育繁殖，精工炒出从未有过的好茶，亲朋好友品尝之后，无不称道。由于此树是梦赐之物，又栽在铁鼎中，并且茶色重如铁，故取名铁观音。
我还知道了怎样泡茶才好喝。在活动的那天，家里来了客人，爸爸叫我给客人们泡茶，我根本就不会泡茶：一会儿茶叶放得太多，一会儿茶叶放得太少，一会儿水太热，一会儿水太冷……我不情愿地倒起了茶，爸爸看见我烦躁的样子，走过来对我说：“女儿，你这就不懂了，泡铁观音可不是这样泡的，要这样泡：首先也是要把握好水温，泡乌龙茶的水温要在100度左右，水温太凉，铁观音就会泡不开，香气也不能发挥。其次在冲泡的过程中，要控制好冲泡的时间。时间和水温都把握的好，那冲泡出来的茶就要不存在多大的问题。”我听了爸爸的话，茅塞顿开，马就去泡茶了。在这次活动中，我学到了好多的知识。

大足石刻规模宏大，艺术精湛，资料丰富，可与敦煌莫高窟、云冈石窟、龙门石窟齐名。其中又以北山摩崖石刻和宝顶摩崖石刻最为出名，它始建于晚唐，兴于两宋，于1999年12月1日被列入《世界文化遗产名目》。我们此刻所在的地方就是面积最大、佛像最多的宝顶山摩崖石刻。
大家快看，我们面前的就是被称为人间一绝的“千手观音”。“千手观音”雕刻于南宋中后期，距今已有八百多年的历史，这尊佛像雕凿在88平方米的崖面上，高7。7米，宽12。5米，刻有1007只手，其上下、左右、前后都伸出了手，有的手里拿着斧头;有的手里拿着宝剑，千姿百态，真的是名副其实的千手观音，被誉为“天下奇观”。这尊雕像集雕塑、彩绘、贴金于一体，状如孔雀开屏，金碧辉煌。
关于这尊千手观音，在民间还流传着一个动人的故事。相传千手观音是妙庄王的三公主，因献一眼一首为父王合药治病，佛感其孝行，赏还他千手千眼。千手象征其法力无边，能拯救众生，千眼象征其智慧无穷，能明察秋毫。
