现在的学生普遍都背着一个“巨无霸”:作业堆得像座小山那么高;语,数,英,政……,今天考三科,明天也考,试卷不断,成绩不断,真是“考考考,老师的法宝;分分分,学生的命根”啊。

学习压力大,学习方法不正确等,一系列的学习困难困扰着我们。吸烟,喝酒,上网聊天,疯狂看书或疯狂恋爱,吃安眠药,上网打游戏机……已经成为了学生们消除压力的基本方法。

但学习压力也是能缓解的.:理安排好学习时间和适当的休息和娱乐时间,多注意学习方法,多请教老师和身边的同学;互相帮助和进步;给自己自信,好好地前进。事前有思想准备,压力来临时,就会得到缓冲。承受压力的思想准备越强,承受压力的。能力就越大,相对来说压力本身就等于减小,应该认识到压力是生活中的一部份,人不可能一点压力都没有。要培养生活中的压力或坎坷不过是错综复杂、变化多端的生活中的一个小小插曲,有这种心态面对压力气魄,那么压力自然就小了。在我国还是应试教育的制度下,没有成绩就意味着不能接受更好的教育。于是孩子的很多快乐都给成绩活活的扼杀了。

学生承受学习压力是有一定限度的,过重的压力也不好,压力过重,轻则引起不良的情绪反应,重则会影响心理健康,喘不过气,背上沉重的“巨无霸”,变得自卑,出现失眠,头疼,头晕等。学习压力引起的不良情绪在初中阶段不太稳定;因为,我们还不完全成熟,情绪比较不稳定,常常对活动充满热情,会感情用事,遇到挫折时,容易有种种消极的情绪。

学习压力是学生们普遍存在的一部分,我们应该理智面对学习压力,做学习的主人。

晚上清幽的月光透过纱帘,照在我的脸上。白天的那一幕幕画面,又浮现在我的眼前。

太阳渐渐落山了,我和妈妈走在回家的路上,虽然黄昏美如画,但我却无心欣赏。培训班将花去我一天的时间,还有那么多的作业,还要准备表演的曲子,居然在路上浪费时间……我只想加快脚步,早点回家。

妈妈察觉出了我的异样,关爱的声音在耳边响起:“思语,你怎么了?”我本来就有些烦躁,听到她的话更是火上加油:“烦死了,作业多,任务重,明知故问!”不想刚才还温柔的妈妈忽然变了脸色,大发雷霆“你最近是怎么回事,整天闹情绪,哪个人没有压力,现在不努力,以后又怎么会有好的生活!”

我受了一顿严厉的训斥,委屈的`泪水瞬间夺眶而出,毫不顾及妈妈的感受,一个人跑开了。寒风在耳边呼啸,似乎在嘲笑我,我的心冷透了,我没有上楼回家,躲到了小区的地下车库里,失声痛哭!

结果可想而知,我很快被妈妈找到了,我被“强拽”回到家,我仍然不说话,也不望妈妈一眼。但是,妈妈晚饭时的一席话让我改变了看法:“我也知道你压力大,作业繁重,学习辛苦,刚才是妈妈太冲动了,对不起宝贝,但都是为你好,妈妈何尝不知道你很辛苦,相信你一定能把压力转化为动力”。顿时,我的两行泪水又一次滑过脸颊挂在嘴角……

是啊,谁没有压力呢?父母有工作的压力,老师有教学的压力,我们有学习的压力,各种各样的压力总围绕在我们身边,我们应该互相体谅才对。把自己的坏脾气释放在最亲爱的人身上,不仅对我们无用,更伤害了那些爱我们的人。希望我们能将压力转化为动力,也希望有类似情况的同学能够以我为鉴。
