【On,Economic,Development,Strategy,under,the,concept,of,"inclusive,growth",in,Xiangxi,Autonomous,Prefecture】 under-growth

　　Abstract: Xiangxi, the only ethnic minority autonomous prefectures in Hunan Province, is located in central China without the geographical advantage and the preferential policy "Great Western Development". In the past two decades, in spite of the rapid development, there are still some problems here. Inclusive growth is a new idea of the economic development and it is of great guiding significance in our national economic practice. Based on carefully reading the concept of "inclusive growth”, this paper puts forward: The key to achieve the development of people and social harmony is to have the inclusive development concept to guide the overall economic development, gradually narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas, eliminating the dual economy, promote the people""s livelihood and then achieving the all-round development of Xiangxi’s economy , culture, politics, society and ecology.
