浅谈沥青路面原材料技术标准及其质量控制

【摘 要】沥青和集料是铺筑沥青路面的两大主要原材料, 其性能好坏直接关系到路面施工质量。本文针对沥青和集料两大原材料的技术特点及关键指标进行了探讨, 结合我国沥青路面施工实际情况, 提出了相应的质量控制措施与建议。

1. 概述

近年来, 我国各地高速公路建设蓬勃发展, 如此同时, 交通量迅猛增长、超载现象十分普遍, 这些都对沥青路面修筑质量提出了更高的要求。为了提高沥青路面施工质量, 在近几年新建的高速公路中, 都采用了先进的拌和、摊铺和碾压设备; 对于原材料, 则结合各地区实际情况, 均提出不低于国家规范的技术指标要求, 并且, 为了更好的控制原材料质量, 制定了相应的原材料质量保证措施, 如:沥青监管制度、集料准入制度等。然而, 由于各地沥青路面施工水平存在差异, 对规范的理解和认识也存在分歧, 尤其是对一些一直以来都存在争议的指标, 更是琢磨不定。如:改性沥青的选用及技术标准、改性沥青的稳定性评价, 集料针片状指标的取值、细集料棱角性指标及其测试方法、矿粉的技术要求及质量控制等等。这些看似不是问题的问题, 在实际工程中却往往困扰着广大路面施工技术人员。笔者结合自己多年来从事沥青路面的施工经验, 浅谈在沥青路面施工过程中如何把握沥青和
