【喜炎平注射液治疗小儿呼吸道感染疗效观察】小儿用喜炎平的危害
[摘要] 目的 探讨喜炎平注射液治疗小儿呼吸道感染疗效观察。 方法 选取2011年3月～2011年8月我院儿科收治的48例呼吸道感染患儿，将其随机分为实验组和对照组，每组各24例。对照组给予常规支持治疗及抗病毒、抗生素治疗，实验组治疗在对照组基础上给予喜炎平注射液。对比两组患儿的临床疗效、主要临床症状（发热、咳嗽、咽痛、啰音、喷嚏）消退时间及不良反应。 结果 实验组总有效率为91.7%，对照组总有效率为66.7%，两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P 0.05）。 结论 喜炎平注射液治疗小儿呼吸道感染效果显著，加快患儿康复，不良反应少，值得临床推广。

Curative effect observation on Xi Yan Ping Injection in the treatment of children with respiratory tract infection

[Abstract] Objective To discuss the curative effect observation of child respiratory tract infection with Xi Yan Ping injection. Methods 48 cases of respiratory tract infection child patients who were received and cured in our hospital from March 2011 to August 2011 were selected. All patients were divided into experimental group and control group, each group had 24 cases. Control group was given regular supportive therapy combined with antiviral and antibiotics; experimental group was given Xi Yan Ping Injection basis on the treatment of control group. The clinical effects, recession time for major clinical symptoms (fever, cough, pharyngalgia, rale, sternutation) and untoward effect of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate for experimental group was 91.7% while 66.7% in the control group, there was significant difference between the total effective rate of two groups (P 0.05). Conclusion Xi Yan Ping Injection in the treatment of child respiratory tract infection has remarkable effect, which can help the child to recover with little untoward effect, so it is worth being promoted clinically.

小儿呼吸道感染是儿科常见病和多发病，占儿科门诊的69%～90%[1]。四季均可发病，多由病毒引起，少部分由细菌引起。由于小儿身体抵抗力较低，受寒、吸入有病毒的飞沫或使用经污染的器具时可感染发病。呼吸道感染发病时症状明显，多有发热、咳嗽、流涕等症状，临床治疗较为棘手，目前尚无特效的治疗药物。中西医结合治疗小儿呼吸道感染已取得很好的效果，喜炎平注射液具有清热解毒、消炎、抗病毒的作用，因此本研究对2011年3月～2011年8月我院儿科收治的呼吸道感染患儿采用喜炎平注射液联合抗病毒药物治疗，效果较好，现报道如下：
