在这美丽的金秋时节，今天，第三届中国(深圳)国际工业博览会在华南城隆重开幕了!在此，我谨代表中国国际贸易促进委员会对本次展会的开幕表示热烈的祝贺!向参加展会的嘉宾、参展商及所有前来参观的所有朋友们表示热烈的欢迎和衷心的感谢!
Amid this beautiful autumn day, the 3rd session on China (Shenzhen) International Industrial Fair kicks off at Hua Nan Cheng! At this point, on behalf of the Chinese International Trade Promotion Council, my warm greetings shall go to the opening ceremony! My sincere thanks will go to all guests, exhibitors and participants presented here.
各位来宾，今年是深圳经济特区建立30周年。经过30年的不懈努力，深圳迅速从一个边陲小镇发展成为一座现代化大城市，综合经济实力跃居全国大中城市前列，创造了世界工业化、现代化、城市化发展史上的奇迹。
This year represents the 30th anniversary of the establishment of Shenzhen Special Economic Zone. Shenzhen has seen great changes from a small town to a modern metropolis through 3 decades unremitting efforts with its comprehensive economic strength ranking among major cities across the nation, as the City creates a miracle on its way to become a world-renowned metropolis featured by industrialization and modernization.
不久前,胡锦涛总书记莅临深圳,和广大市民一起共庆30周年。在庆祝大会上，胡总书记对深圳改革开放以来取得的成绩表示了充分的肯定。在讲话中，胡锦涛主席对深圳取得的成就进行了总结，展望深圳未来的发展，胡锦涛主席对深圳提出五点要求。
Not long ago, Hu Jintao, General-secretary and Chairman of the PRC came to Shenzhen and got together with citizens to celebrate the 30 years’ anniversary .At the celebration meeting, president Hu spoke highly of the great achievements that Shenzhen has made since reform and open-up program back in 1978. Addressing the meeting and looking forward for better Shenzhen, Hu summarized the gains and put forward 5 points.
胡锦涛主席强调深圳特区要继续解放思想，坚持改革开放。在具体发展思路上，胡主席锦涛说要全面提升开放型经济水平，把“引进来”和“走出去”更好结合起来，扩大开放领域，提高开放质量，创新外贸增长方式、优化进出口结构，创新利用外资方式、优化利用外资结构，创新对外投资和合作方式、加大实施“走出去”战略力度，形成经济全球化条件下参与国际经济合作和竞争新优势。
He stressed that Shenzhen should continue to stick to the principle of emancipating the mind and reform and opening-up program. For future development, It is recommended that the City shall comprehensively improve its opening-up economic power, as Shenzhen shall strike a balance between bring in and going abroad to open more areas. On top of that, the City shall optimize its opening pattern at high quality level and innovative foreign trade growth pattern as it should improve its import and export structures with innovative methods in foreign capital utilization and news ways in investment and cooperation with foreign partners. Furthermore, Shenzhen shall step up efforts in going abroad to make new advantages in global economic cooperation and competition amid world economic globalization.
在经济全球化的背景下，工博会是我国促进海内外二三产业沟通，推动产业链、价值链跨区域跨领域合作的重要平台。工博会的举办，对提升我国对外开放水平，实现“引进来”和“走出去”协调发展，贡献巨大。本届工博会在各界领导和朋友的支持下，规模空前，精彩倍增。在各位来宾朋友的热情参与支持下，本届展会期间，工博会这颗明珠一定发出新的光辉。
In ongoing economic globalization, the International Industrial Fair serves as an important platform for promoting communications among secondary industry and tertiary-industry both home and abroad and trans-regional cooperation among industrial and value chains of different fields. What a great achievement that the meeting has obtained is to improve the level of opening-up and strike a balance between bring in and going abroad. It is attributed to the participation and support of all attendees from all walks of life that the large-scaled Fair came after with excellent images. This years’ session shall give a new jewel to the Industrial Fair.
各位来宾，先生们，女士们，朋友们，祝愿大家在未来的四天里，度过一段快乐的时光。最后，预祝第三届中国(深圳)国际工业博览会取得圆满成功!
