　　Abstract: Worship, as a primitive form of religion in ancient Chinese culture, inextricably linked to religion. Worship awareness of ancient Chinese cultural influence can be concluded mainly from two aspects: Worship internalized sense of principle, embodied in the legislation - with courtesy into the law, worship outside of awareness reflected in the judicial activities - meaning breaking through the prison.

　　Religion has an inseparable relationship with the emergence and development of human culture. As one of the subsystems of human culture, the emergence of legal culture will certainly have a close tie with religion. As a primitive form of religion, worship is a kind of social psychology and behavior for the emergence and development of traditional Chinese legal culture, and has a very close connection with Chinese legal culture. For this reason, study on the relationship between worship awareness and legal culture is of general theoretical and realistic significance.
　　1 Essence of Worship Awareness
　　Starting from psychoanalysis theories, Freud analyzed that the origin of the worship awareness of human sourced from Oedipus complex (the primitive sexual sin of human). That is, the sons in primitive tribes generated a natural sexual jealousy of their father who owned their mother, so that they committed the original sin of killing their father. Because these sons were blamed by their awareness, the dead were deemed by them as the objects of worship. Scheler, who was the founder of modern western philosophical anthropology, thought that worship awareness was a part of inherent human nature. According to the opinions of Scheler, human is a type of creature keeping themselves connected with transcendental god together, and he is "a display of god, and the animated X that god is looking for" [1]. This idea became a source of thoughts of modern western philosophy of religion.
　　According to the opinions of Marx, the generation of religious worship awareness and common worship awareness as universal cultural phenomena is a result of the natural bondage suffered by human in the relationship between human and nature in the period of primitive society. The worship awareness of human was regarded by Marx and Engels as "a sheer animal-oriented awareness in nature" [3]. Essentially, any worship is decided by the relation that human has to obey nature.
