Discussion Topics 100 (讨论话题 100) 教英语口语五六年，跟很多的孩子交流后发现很多学生跟我的全英语交流都不能超过10分钟。包括那些在学校里英语能称之为佼佼者的学生只能说些“WHAT is your favourite food”等等跟做社会调查差不多的问题。为了提高孩子口语交际的能力，或者说是提高问问题的能力，我总结了一下常用的100个话题。以供老师和家长参考。 有次我叫学生写：你即使将踏上二十一世纪的行程，你会在你的行囊中放进些什么呢？

学生们写道：我将放入一双准备长征的旅游鞋；一瓶叫做毅力的饮料，在我虚弱时喝；通向二十一世纪的护照：英语技能，电脑知识，驾驭执照；带上一包绿色植物的种子，绿化二十一世纪的大地；一本过去的日记，一本今天的报告，一首关于未来的诗；我在行囊中会放进一面镜子让我时刻看清自己；一个相机，不错过沿途美景；一件雨衣，迎 接二十一世纪的风风雨雨。

学生写得五花八门，放进背囊里的还有笑容，不灭的梦想，无限的豪情，冒险意识，年轻的心等等。他们积极、乐观的现代意识感染了我。在我读完他们的作文后，一位学生突然在堂上问我：老师，你的行囊中放进些什么呢？我不由自主地答曰：“My wife and my child” “（我的老婆孩子）”。学生大笑。我也笑了。课后我突然想为什么我的回答缺乏诗意、毫无想像呢？

下面是100个讨论话题，如果你是老师，你可以根据需要选择话题供学生课前、课后讨论或上课过程插入使用。它们定能激发学生的讨论热情，如果你是学生，你可以找个话题现同学、朋友辩论，锻炼你的口才和思辩能力和想像力。现代社会需要能说会道，能言善的人才。投入讨论吧，你的论辩才能得以施展和强化。
