有限元分析软件 [三维渗流有限元分析软件GWSS开发与应用]

  摘要: 针对复杂地质条件的三维地质建模、复杂建筑物的几何建模和复杂防渗排水系统作用下渗流场精细模拟等三维渗流场有限元分析的难点问题,采用IDL开发面向水工结构和岩土工程的渗流有限元分析软件GWSS(Ground Water Simulation System).该软件包括系统控制模块、数据管理模块、前处理模块、计算模块、后处理模块和制图输出模块等六大模块.前处理模块具有基于钻孔和钻孔剖面的三维地质建模、几何建模与有限元网格生成等功能;计算模块主要用于各种闸坝、堤防、隧道和地下洞室等渗流问题的计算分析等;后处理模块可显示各渗流要素的三维云图和任意截面的二维云图等.GWSS已经在国内四十多个工程的渗流计算中得到应用和检验.

  Abstract: As to the difficult issues in finite element analysis of 3D seepage flow field such as 3D geological modeling under complicated geological conditions, geometric modeling of complicated building and fine simulation of 3D seepage flow field under the effect of complicated waterproof and drainage system, a seepage flow finite element analysis software named GWSS(Ground Water Simulation System) is developed using IDL which is oriented to hydraulic structure engineering and geotechnical engineering. The software consists of six modules, including system control module, data management module, preprocessing module, computation module, postprocessing module and drawing output module. Preprocessing module has the functions of 3D geological modeling based on the drilling holes and their profiles, geometric modeling, finite element mesh generation, and so on. Computation module is mainly used for the calculation and analysis of seepage flow in various gate dams, dikes, tunnels, underground caverns, and so on. Postprocessing module presents 3D seepage flow contours of key elements and 2D contours of any section. GWSS software has been applied and checked in the seepage flow analysis for more than 40 domestic engineering.

  三维渗流有限元分析已经成为工程领域研究渗流场分布和渗控措施必不可少的辅助方法.[1]在水工结构、岩土工程设计中使用有限元分析软件,可以降低成本、缩短设计周期、提高设计质量.目前,国内外尚没有一套功能齐全、通用的水工结构和岩土工程三维渗流有限元分析软件,现有的通用三维渗流有限元分析软件在实际工程应用中还存在着诸多不足.[2]水工结构和岩土工程的渗流情况特别复杂,尤其在分析复杂地质条件且布置有复杂防渗排水系统的三维渗流场时更加困难,因此结合我国工程特点和工程实际需求,迫切需要开发一套具有自主知识产权的三维渗流有限元分析软件.[3]
  近年来,随着计算机技术的发展,市场上出现许多优秀的通用三维渗流有限元分析软件,如ANSYS,Abaqus,GID,SEEP3D,GMS和FEEFLOW等,由于具有友好的人机交互界面、自动网格划分功能和通用性,在有限元网格划分方面表现出良好的性能,但对复杂地质结构(如断层、地层)建模和网格划分尚存在一定缺陷,特别是对复杂地质结构和复杂水工建筑物、复杂防渗排水系统共同作用下的渗流场计算,往往难以获得理想的计算结果.[45]
