【卷扬机吊装高耸异型结构清水砼挂板关键施工技术】 清水砼

　　摘要： 清水混凝土挂板属于预制混凝土外墙挂板范畴，目前，传统的混凝土挂板工艺趋于成熟，并且国家具有相关标准图集，但对结构为高耸、外型均为不规则的倾斜立面的挂板安装，尤其对外观设计分块要求转角部位采用大转角板的安装，传统工艺不能满足要求。随着国家经济的发展，市场对建筑高度及建筑造型需求越来越高，建筑造型的奇特性给传统施工工艺带来了挑战，我公司施工的长沙滨江文化园景观塔工程建筑外形新颖，建筑外立面均为不规则的倾斜外墙，阴阳角多，且角度多样，倾斜外墙的挂板高度近百米。每块清水混凝土挂板的规格尺寸大，重量重，挂设高度高，单块板重达0.8t，这对挂板的加工精度、挂板安装精度和安装方法提出了更高的要求。
　　Abstract: The fair-faced concrete panel belongs to category of pre-cast concrete external wall hanging board. At present, conventional concrete panel technology is mature, and the country has relevant standard atlas, however, for the installation of hanging board of tilt facade with tall structure and irregular shape, especially for the installation of using large corner panel in the corner parts required by appearance design block, the traditional technology can not meet the requirements. With the development of national economy, the market has increasingly high demand for building height and architectural modeling, strange characteristics of architectural modeling brings challenges to the traditional construction process, external form of Changsha Binjiang cultural landscape tower which is built by Hebei Construction Group Co., Ltd. is novel, and building facade is irregular tilt exterior wall, has more yin and yang corners and diversiform angles, the height of hanging board for tilt exterior wall is nearly one hundred meters. Size of each fair-faced concrete panel is large and has heavy weight and high height, single-board weighs 0.8t, which puts forward higher requirements for hanging board"s accuracy of processing, installation accuracy and installation method.

　　1 工程概况
　　长沙滨江文化园景观塔工程（图1所示），该工程位于长沙市新河三角洲，西滨湘江，东南为湘江大道。该景观塔建筑高度116m，结构形式为钢框筒——钢筋混凝土剪力墙结构，景观塔外墙幕墙由干挂预制清水混凝土板和点支式玻璃幕组成。该工程异型高耸，如使用主体结构施工时安装的一台TC5610塔式起重机吊装清水砼挂板施工，不能满足工期需要，并且塔吊连墙部位影响到东面大部分挂板无法安装。因此，针对21米以上挂板施工，由塔吊施工改由卷扬机配合手动葫芦施工，以保证砼挂板安装工作达到高质量、高效率、有序化而采取的保证措施。
　　2 主要设备及配套劳动力
　　2.1 主要吊装设备 投入四套吊装设备，每套吊装设备主要配置如表1。

　　四个班组挂板，每个班组计划6人，其中运输1人、操控卷扬机1人、挂板3人、指挥兼安全监控1人。
　　3 清水砼挂板安装工艺
　　清水砼挂板安装方法：因景观塔标高21米以上的结构为剪力墙，饰面基本为平面、直面，需吊篮和卷扬机相互配合吊装板块，吊装尽可能垂直上升、下落，吊到安装位置就位时缓缓落下对准钢销、插入固定销，手拉葫芦配合调整。调整时挂好相应水平线、相应垂直线、调整工具、水准仪、扳手、靠尺等，调整无误后拧紧各个螺栓。
