脑瘫患儿父母自觉健康状况的调查研究|父母的健康状况怎么写
摘要：目的：调查脑瘫患儿父母及其他患病儿童父母的自觉健康状况的现状，比较两组父母之间的差异。 方法：调查脑瘫组178例及对照组177例。采用一般情况调查表及自觉健康状况量表为研究工具，计量资料的组间比较采用t检验，分类资料的组间比较采用X2检验。
结果：①脑瘫组父母与对照组父母在年龄、学历、就业、患儿胎次、是否早产等项目上的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②自觉健康状况量表调查：和同年龄的人比较，您感觉比其他人容易生病吗？脑瘫组得分2.26±0.66，对照组得分2.28±0.65；和同年龄的人比较，您的健康情形比其他人？脑瘫组得分2.13±0.65，对照组得分2.25±0.66；整体来说，您认为您的健康情形是下列何者？脑瘫组得分2.16±0.55，对照组得分2.19±0.55。
结论：脑瘫患儿父母自觉健康状况得分低下，表明其自觉健康状况较差，因此护士应加强对脑瘫患儿父母行健康教育，以增强其健康锻炼的意识，从而使其保持一个良好的健康状况。

Abstract:Objective:Survey of parents of children with cerebral palsy and other parents of children with perceived health status, were compared between the two groups differences between parents.
Methods:Survey of cerebral palsy group 178 cases and control group 177 cases. The general situation questionnaire and perceived health status scale as research tools, measurement data were compared with t test, classification data groups were compared using chi 2 test.
Result:① Cerebral palsy group parents and parents in the control group in age, education, employment, parity, whether children with premature projects the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).②Perceived health status questionnaire: and the people of the same age, you feel better than other people easily get sick? Cerebral palsy group scored 2.26±0.66,2.28±0.65 control group score; and the people of the same age, your health than others? Cerebral palsy group scored 2.13±0.65,2.25±0.66 control group scored; overall, you think that your health is which of the following? Cerebral palsy group scored 2.16±0.55,2.19±0.55 control group scored.
Conclusion:Node on the parents of children with cerebral palsy: perceived health status scores are low, indicating its perceived health status is poor, so nurses should strengthen health education for parents of children with cerebral palsy, in order to enhance their health awareness exercises, so as to keep a good health.

随着医疗科技及社会型态的快速进展与变迁，人群疾病谱发生了很大的变化，社会大众对健康需求的层次亦不断提高。Belloc[1]指出，若个人从事健康促进活动则可降低疾病的发生及死亡。先进国家自1970年起就积极提倡健康促进，并为全民健康的主要策略。由于脑瘫患儿表现出的行为异常、智力低下、感觉障碍及其它异常等问题，严重地影响了其父母的心理状况和社会适应[2,3]。为此本研究采用问卷为研究工具，调查脑瘫患儿父母自觉健康状况的现状，明确主要存在的问题。为今后临床健康宣教提供科学的理论根据。
1 对象与方法
1.1 对象。于2009年3月至2009年8月在深圳市第二人民医院高压氧科接受治疗的脑瘫患儿的父母(脑瘫组)和同期在本院儿科病房、门诊观察治疗的普通儿童内科疾病患儿的父母(对照组)作为调查对象，共发放调查问卷400份，获得有效问卷共355份，有效率为88.75%，其中脑瘫组178份，对照组177份。本研究中脑瘫诊断标准符合1988年全国脑瘫座谈会标准[4]。
