　　Abstract: In this paper, by focusing on the Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Strengthening and Improving Several Major Issues of the Party""s Construction in the New Situation passed on the 17 Fourth Plenary Session of the CPC, the current situation of the studies on the interactive relationship among the sinicization, modernization and popularization of Marxism in the academic community is analyzed and evaluated, the significances of studying this academic issue is introduction, and also the breakthrough points to promote the studies on the sinicization, modernization and popularization of Marxism as a whole are proposed from the perspectives of the interactive logic and implementations of the sinicization, modernization and popularization of Marxism.

　　1 Great Significance of Integrally Promoting the Interactive Logic and Implementations of the Sinicization, Modernization and Popularization of Marxism
　　In the internal promotion of the interactive logic and implementations of the sinicization, modernization and popularization of Marxism in China as a systemic project, different emphases are attached by the Chinese Communist Party in a different period of time, because of the different practice and cognition. Besides, the process of attaching high importance to each of them was a specific and practical expression to the Marxism""s theory of keeping pace with the times.
　　Therefore, the study on the sinicization, modernization and popularization of Marxism is certainly a systemic project. In this paper, promoting the major issue (sinicization, modernization and popularization of Marxism) is studied from the integral perspective. On the one hand, the interaction among the sinicization, modernization and popularization of Marxism is revealed in theory. On the other hand, on the basis of scientific principle or law, the effective ways and paths and the practical model for promoting the sinicization, modernization and popularization of Marxism under currently actual global, Chinese and the party""s conditions are further discussed from the practical level.
