脑白质髓鞘化 电针对先天性脑损伤仔鼠脑白质神经髓鞘修复的影响

  [摘要] 目的 观察和探讨电针对宫内感染致脑损伤仔鼠脑白质神经髓鞘修复的影响和机制。 方法 连续两天对孕第17天的孕鼠腹腔注射脂多糖(LPS)[450 μg/ (kg·d)],制备先天性脑损伤仔鼠模型;对照组孕鼠腹腔注射等量无菌生理盐水,随机选取对照组仔鼠22只;随机选取LPS组仔鼠40只,随机分为非干预组22只和电针组18只,电针组电针组于第7天开始进行干预,分别于第14天、第28天用电子显微镜观察各组仔鼠脑白质神经髓鞘,并应用体视学技术测量和计算出脑白质神经髓鞘厚度平均值。 结果 非干预组、电针组仔鼠脑白质神经髓鞘厚度平均值均明显低于对照组(P﹤0.01),电针组仔鼠脑白质神经髓鞘厚度平均值高于非干预组(P﹤0.01)。 结论 电针干预可促进脑损伤仔鼠脑白质神经髓鞘修复。

  Influence of electroacupuncture on repair of cerebral white matter neural myelin of newborn mice with congenital cerebral injury

  [Abstract] Objective To observe and explore the influence of electroacupuncture on the repair of cerebral white matter neural myelin of newborn mice with intrauterine infection-induced congenital cerebral injury and its mechanism. Methods Pregnant mice from the 17th day of pregnancy received intraperitoneal injection of LPS [450 μg/(kg·d)] for two consecutive days in order to prepare newborn mice with congenital cerebral injury. Pregnant mice in the control group received intraperitoneal injection of an equal amount of sterile saline. 22 newborn mice in the control group were randomly selected as the new control group; 40 newborn mice in the LPS group were randomly selected and divided into the non-interventional group with 22 newborn mice and the electroacupuncture group with 18 newborn mice. The electroacupuncture group started to receive intervention from the 7th day. The cerebral white matter neural myelin of newborn mice in different groups was observed under electron microscope on the 14th day and the 28th day, and stereoscopical techniques were used to measure and calculate the average value of cerebral white matter neural myelin. Results The average values of cerebral white matter neural myelin thickness of newborn mice in the non-interventional group and the electroacupuncture group were significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.01). The average value of cerebral white matter neural myelin thickness of newborn mice in the electroacupuncture group was significantly higher than that in the non-interventional group (P < 0.01). Conclusion Electroacupuncture intervention can promote the repair of cerebral white matter neural myelin of newborn mice with cerebral injury.
