[小儿缺铁性贫血的治疗方法及效果分析]小孩缺铁吃什么补得快

  [摘要] 目的 对应用代量食谱合理膳食指导治疗缺铁性贫血的患儿的临床效果进行研究分析。 方法 抽取74例患有缺铁性贫血的临床确诊患儿病例,将其分为对照组和研究组,每组37例。分别采用口服琥珀酸亚铁治疗和代量食谱膳食指导对患儿的临床症状进行改善。 结果 研究组患儿的缺铁性贫血症状的改善率为91.9%,明显优于对照组(78.4%);症状得到有效扭转的时间为(3.1±0.9) d,明显早于对照组[(5.4±1.3) d];住院治疗的平均时间为(6.7±1.8) d,明显短于对照组[(10.2±1.5) d];研究组治疗过程中出现药物不良反应2例,明显少于对照组(24例);研究组治疗结束后缺铁性贫血症状再次复发率为5.4%,明显低于对照组(24.3%)。 结论 采取合理的膳食指导对患有缺铁性贫血的患儿进行治疗的临床效果非常明显。

  Therapeutic method and effect analysis of infantile iron deficiency anemia

  [Abstract] Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of the application of generation of recipes dietary guidance in the treatment of infantile iron deficiency anemia. Methods Seventy-four cases of infantile iron deficiency anemia diagnosed in clinical were collected and divided into two groups, the research group and control group, each group had thirty-seven cases. They were given ferrous succinate by oral and generation of recipes dietary guidance to improve the patient"s diet clinical symptoms respectively. Results The effect rate of the symptoms improving of research group(91.9%) was better than that of control group (78.4%); the time of symptoms reversed effectively of research group [(3.1±0.9) d] was significantly earlier than that of control group (5.4±1.3) d; the time of hospitalization in research group[average of (6.7±1.8) d] was shorter than control group [average of (10.2±1.5) d]; the number of adverse in the treatment process in research group (2 cases) was less than that of control group (24 cases); the recurrence rate after treatment (5.4%) was significantly lower than control group(24.3%). Conclusion The clinical effect of taking reasonable dietary guidance for people with iron deficiency anemia is very obvious.

  合理的膳食指导对于儿童的生长发育极其重要,本研究对采用合理的膳食指导方法治疗患有缺铁性贫血患儿的临床效果进行分析,拓宽了临床上对于缺铁性贫血患儿的治疗思路,使患儿的生长发育得到良好的保护。现将分析结果报道如下:
  1 资料与方法
  1.1 一般资料
  采用科学实验研究过程中普遍应用的随机抽样分组方法,选择于2009年9月~2011年9月来本院就诊的74例经临床确诊患有缺铁性贫血的患儿,并将其分为研究组和对照组,每组37例。在对照组中包含22例男性和15例女性,年龄4~13岁,平均6.2岁;在研究组中包含21例男性和16例女性,年龄3~14岁,平均6.8岁。两组患儿的各临床资料差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)。
  1.2 方法
  对照组患儿给予口服琥珀酸亚铁0.1 g/次,3次/d,并配合口服维生素C 0.1 g/次,3次/d,对症状进行改善;研究组患儿采用代量食谱合理膳食指导对症状进行改善。对两组患儿治疗后的缺铁性贫血症状的改善效果、该症状得到有效扭转的时间、患儿住院治疗的时间、治疗后随访半年期间贫血症状再次出现的情况进行对比分析。
