Shanxi Province is an diversification place. With the culture between China and other countries’s communicate. People in China use more foreign languages, such as English, Spanish, Russian,or Korean. Just like in Xi’an, people always use English in many important place. But sometimes they can’t use it in the right way. So I want to advice some people to use it right in the important place. Because it not only our’s face, but also a city’s face.
