  一、教学设计与策略  1.教学设计的指导思想及依据  《英语课程标准》中明确指出:“基础教育阶段英语课程的总体目标是培养学生的综合语言运用能力。”而学生语言综合运用能力的内容就是学生能从生活实际出发,进行真实的语言交际。依据《英语课程标准》,笔者充分遵循以生为本的原则,在教学中,让学生“为用而学,在用中学”,最终达到学以致用的目的。本节课是对话课,通过让学生“表达喜好”的活动过程,学习定语从句的基本用法,掌握谈论事物与人物的基本技能,培养学生获取信息、筛选信息并运用信息进行语言交流的能力。
  2.教学策略选择与设计
  新课程倡导学生应该是知识的主动构建者,学习的过程是自我建构、自我生成的过程。所以,教师在设计教学时,要充分考虑学生自身需求,树立学生是学习的中心、教师的“教”应该基于学生的“学”的思想。九年级的学生已经具备了一定的语言运用能力,所以本课采用情境交际法和任务型教学法,帮助学生主动参与到教学过程中来,进行主动学习、合作、交流、探究。
  3.教学目标
  (1)Knowledge and capability:Learn new vocabularies “lyric,gentle,prefer and structure “What kind of...do you like?I like music that I can dance to/ I prefer musicians who can write their own music”;Learn The Attributive Clause leading by “that and who”.
  (2)Process and method:Learn to express their hobbies by task—based teaching method;help Ss grasp the structure by listening, speaking and writing practice.
  (3)Attitude of feeling and sense of value: Train students to talk about their hobbies and arouse their interest of study.
  4.教学内容
  本课围绕着“谈论个人喜好”的话题,设计一些贴近学生实际的语境,展开听、说、读、写的活动。本课内容分为三部分:第一部分主要围绕“音乐”的话题,运用that,which关系代词引导的定语从句,让学生谈论对音乐的喜好;第二部分围绕“人”的话题,运用who、that关系代词引导的定语从句,学会发表对“人”的看法;第三部分是运用拓展,运用who、that关系代词引导的定语从句,学习谈论电影、服装、书籍、饮食、朋友、老师等方面的喜好。
  5.教学重点:Key vocabularies and structures
  6.教学难点:Master the Usage of “The Attributive Clause”.
  7.教学过程与流程

  创设情境,教授新知→操练句型,掌握新知→回归教材,训练听力→联系实际,任务拓展→巩固训练,检测反馈

  Step1 Warming up
  Before class,get Ss to say the names of different books,movies,music,food,magazines,movie stars,friends and so on. It is a competition between boys and girls.

  S1:Yeah. My name is...
  T:What do you like?
  S1:I like music.
  T:What’s your name?And what do you like best?
  S2:I’m...I like movies best.

  Step3 Leading in
  T:(show a photo of a little boy)This is my son. I like my son best. What does my son like best,do you know?
  Ss:Sorry, we don’t know.
  T:OK, let me tell you.
  Step 4 Presentation (1)
  T: As you know,Children’s Day is coming,so I want to give my son a present that he likes best. Please close your eyes and guess what the present is.(Play a piece of rock music for 20 seconds,then the Ss open their eyes)This is the present. Because my son likes music that he can dance to, this piece of music is also for you.Please stand up and dance to the music. Let’s dance and relex together.(Teach and write“dance to” on the Bb) Follow me to read “dance to”.
