负责薪资及绩效、福利管理。
Responsible for safety production mgt. compensation and benefit mgt. and performance mgt.
三、主要的工作内容和职责ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1、负责协助员工安全生产知识培训,员工安全生产作业的监督,消除安全隐患; Responsible for supporting employee safety production training, monitor the daily safety production ,eliminate safety concerns knowledge; 2、负责处理工伤事故的责任分析,负责处理工伤事件的申报、认定、鉴定等; Responsible for handling inductrial injury accident responsibility analysis,handling the declare process of working injury; 3、负责员工所有薪资项目数据的确认,确保薪资准确核算及发放; Responsible for all salary items data validation, ensure that salary accurate accounting and issue 4、负责绩效考核实施,结果收集和汇总; Responsible for performance appraisal and its implementation, collection and summarization;
5. 负责公司薪酬分析,结合内外部薪酬水平,提出薪资方案建议
Responsible for company salary analysis,submit the suggestion for the salary policy adjustment
6、负责员工福利政策的实施,考评和改进建议;
Responsible for all the labor policies’implementation ,evaluation and improvement advice;
7、负责劳动仲裁,保持良好的外部联系;
Responsible for keeping good communication with the government and dealing with the arbitration.
8、关注员工劳动保护和职业健康安全;
Take care about the labour protection and career Healthy safety;
9、负责社保、公积金、个税、银行卡申报及管理(包括网上申报);
Responsible for the declare and management of social benefit ,personal income tax,bank care and house funding (including internet declaring);
10、协助经理做好相关文件的签发工作;
Give the enough support to the manager for the documents issued; 11、上级安排的其他工作。 Other tasks arranged by superiors。 四、关键绩效考核指标KPI for Appraisal :
1、工伤成本控制情况accident cost control 2、安全责任书签订率Security responsibility pledges signed rate 3、薪资核算正确率Payroll processing accuracy rate 4、员工满意度employee satisfaction 5、绩效沟通覆盖率Performance communication coverage 五、任职要求QUALIFICATION:
大专及以上学历,有一年以上相关工作经验;
Junior college degree or above, have more 必须有相关的HR事务工作经验。
Previous administration and HR functional support experience is a must. 良好的团队协作和沟通能力。
Team player able to communicate with others well. 熟练运用办公软件,如Excel, Word等。
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications (Excel, Word, etc.). 具备一定的英语基础。
Basic English skill.
