做一个“称职”的离职者:称职

　　当你有意跳槽时，除了考虑如何面对新职位的挑战以外，还应该想一个问题。这个问题就是：在递交了离职申请书后直到完成工作交接任务这段时间里，你应该做些什么以及怎样才能做好。很多人也许并不把这当成一回事，但实际上，善始善终为做人之根本，这不仅是一个人的职责所在，可能也会让你在未来的道路上受益无穷。

　　Eric: Wow, I wouldn’t have expected that. ②Anything on the horizon?
　　Anna: Not really. ③It’s just something I’ve been 2)toying with.
　　Eric: Just make sure that when the time comes, you do it right.
　　Anna: What do you mean?
