全棉色织面料【色织面料的生产加工】

　　色织行业是我国纺织工业的传统行业之一，在纺织工业发展中占有重要的地位。特别是在棉纺织行业中，色织布一直是高端产品的代表，同时也是我国纺织品出口的主力产品。近年来，我国色织布产量平稳增长，据中国棉纺织行业协会的调查统计，2001年全国色织布产量 17 亿m，经过多年的发展，到2009年增长到 31.5 亿m，年均增幅约 9%，增速略低于普通布。色织行业是一个相对资本密集型、技术密集型和人才密集型的产业，虽然色织布的产量增长有一定局限性，但其技术附加值比较高, 其纹织效果、花色风格决非一般印染产品所能替代，目前已成为我国棉纺织行业上水平、调整产品结构的重要方向之一。
　　Yarn-dyed fabric industry plays a vital role as a traditional pillar textile sector. Yarn-dyed fabrics represent the top-grade product category in cotton textile industry and were the primary export products. The output of yarn-dyed fabrics has been witnessing a steady growth in recent years. The statistics from China Cotton Textile Association revealed that the national output of yarn-dyed fabrics reached 1.7 billion meters in 2001 and rose to 3.15 billion meters in 2009, with yearly 9% of growth, which is slightly lower than regular fabrics. Comparatively, yarn-dyed fabric industry is capital-intensive, technology-intensive and talent-intensive industry. Although currently bound by the output, yarn-dyed fabrics could hardly be replaced by dyed & printed fabrics due to its higher added value as in texture, design and color combination.
