The author has been engaging in “professional foreign language” teaching for many years. They try to start from the characteristics of the professional in urban planning. It has combined with practical experience in teaching and explored the reformation of the professional foreign language courses, from the teaching objectives to the reform of teaching methods.
1 Three Levels of the Teaching Objective Reformation
