胎膜早破硫酸镁_安宝联合硫酸镁治疗早产胎膜早破的临床观察

　　[摘要] 目的 探讨安宝联合硫酸镁治疗早产胎膜早破（preterm premature rupture of membranes，PPROM）的疗效和安全性。 方法 选取2009年2月～2011年2月我院收治的PPROM孕妇105例，按随机数字表法分为联合组、硫酸镁组和安宝组。观察宫缩抑制时间、治疗时间、孕龄延长时间、不良反应及临床疗效。 结果 联合组总有效率显著高于硫酸镁组（P ＜ 0.05），安宝组与联合组、硫酸镁组比较差异均无统计学意义（P ＞ 0.05）；硫酸镁组宫缩抑制时间、治疗时间、孕龄延长时间均显著差于安宝组和联合组（P ＜ 0.05），安宝组和联合组比较差异无统计学意义（P ＞ 0.05）；安宝组不良反应显著多于硫酸镁组和联合组（P ＜ 0.05），硫酸镁组和联合组比较差异无统计学意义（P ＞ 0.05）。 结论 安宝联合硫酸镁治疗PPROM能显著提高疗效，且起效快，不良反应少。

　　Clinical observation of Amber combined with Magnesium Sulfate in the treatment of preterm premature rupture of membranes

　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of Amber combined with Magnesium Sulfate in the treatment of preterm premature rupture of membranes (PPROM). Methods 105 cases of PPROM pregnant women were selected from February 2009 to February 2011 in our hospital according to the random number table were divided into the combination group, Magnesium Sulfate group and Amber group. The contractions inhibition time, treatment time, gestational ages extension time, adverse reactions and clinical efficacy were observed. Results The total efficiency rate of combination group was significantly higher than the Magnesium Sulfate group (P ＜ 0.05), which in Amber group showed no significant difference with the combination group and Magnesium Sulfate group (P ＞ 0.05); the contractions inhibition time, treatment time, gestational ages extension time of magnesium sulfate group were significantly worse than the Amber group and combination group (P ＜ 0.05), the Amber group and combination group showed no significant difference (P ＞ 0.05); the adverse reactions of Amber group was significantly more than Magnesium Sulfate group and combination group (P ＜ 0.05), the Magnesium Sulfate group and combination group showed no significant difference (P ＞ 0.05). Conclusion Amber group combined with Magnesium Sulfate on PPROM can significantly improve the efficacy, with rapid onset, and has little adverse reactions.

　　早产胎膜早破（PPROM）是产科常见的严重并发症，常造成不良妊娠结局，使早产、宫内感染以及母婴病死增多[1]。据文献报道[2]，PPROM早产儿病死率占所有新生儿病死率的46%～75%，存活者中有8%～25%遗留不同程度的功能障碍，因此，防治PPROM对改善母婴预后具有重要意义。本文探讨安宝联合硫酸镁治疗PPROM的疗效和安全性，旨在为临床用药提供依据。
