【老年与中青年甲状腺切除手术临床对比分析】 甲状腺切除的影响

　　[摘要] 目的 探讨老年与中青年甲状腺切除手术的临床疗效和安全性。 方法 行甲状腺切除术患者182例按年龄分为老年组（32例）和中青年组（150例），观察两组手术时间、术中出血量、术后住院时间及随访并发症发生率和复发率。 结果 老年组手术时间和术后住院时间明显多于中青年组（P ＜ 0.05），而术中出血量两组比较差异无统计学意义（P ＞ 0.05）；两组暂时性、永久性并发症各指标比较差异均无统计学意义（均P ＞ 0.05）；老年组并发症发生率、复发率分别为15.63%（5/32）、6.25%（2/32），中青年组为11.33%（17/150）、3.33%（5/150），差异无统计学意义（P ＞ 0.05）。 结论 老年患者甲状腺切除手术安全可行，应在严格掌握适应证情况下积极手术治疗。

　　Clinical comparative analysis of thyroidectomy between elderly and young patients

　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of thyroidectomy between elderly and young patients. Methods 182 cases of patients underwent thyroidectomy were divided into the elderly group (32 cases) and the young group (150 cases) according to age. The operative time, amount of bleeding in operation, postoperative hospitalization time and incidence of complications and recurrence rate were observed. Results The operative time and postoperative hospitalization time of the elderly group were significant longer than those of the young group (P 0.05). There was no significant difference in temporary and permanent complications index between the two groups (P > 0.05). The incidence of complications and recurrence rate of the elderly group were 15.63% (5/32) and 6.25% (2/32) respectively, which were 11.33% (17/150) and 3.33% (5/150) in the young group, there were no statistically significance differences (P 0.05），具有可比性。
