　　值此2010年中国国际纺织机械展览会暨ITMA亚洲展览会开幕之际,我谨代表中国纺织工业协会及中国纺织机械器材工业协会热烈欢迎来自世界各地的纺织机械参展商和纺织界的代表,对你们亲临本届展会表示衷心的感谢。
　　中国的纺织工业当前正处在产业结构调整、产品升级换代的关键时期,亚洲的纺织业在经历了全球金融危机之后,也正处在恢复调整阶段;2008年展会以后,各国纺织机械企业针对纺织工业的需求,开发了大量新技术、新产品、新设备,将会在本届展会上充分展示给业界。我们相信本届纺机展会将对处于转型期的纺织业起到重要的推进作用。
　　中国国际纺织机械展览会经过与ITMA展会的合作,提高了办展水平,改进了服务质量,体现了国际化、专业化、规范化。这一合作将继续下去,并将对中国的纺织和纺机制造业,乃至亚洲和全球的纺织和纺机制造业的进步做出贡献。
　　On the occasion of the opening of ITMA ASIA + CITME 2010, on behalf of China National Textile and Apparel Council and China Textile Machinery Association, I would like to extend our warmest welcome and heartfelt thanks to exhibitors and visitors from the world.
　　China textile industry is currently in a critical period of industrial structural readjustment and products updating and upgrading whilst Asian textile industry is also experiencing the stage of recovery and adjustment after suffering the global financial crisis. Since ITMA ASIA + CITME 2008, manufacturers have been developing new technologies and equipments to meet the requirements of textile industry. Their new products will be displayed at ITMA ASIA + CITME 2010. We are convinced that this show will play a very important role in promoting textile industry in the transition stage.
　　China International Textile Machinery Exhibition has been improving its organizing and service in terms of internalization, professionalism and standardization since its cooperation with ITMA. We are pleased that we will continue this cooperation. We believe it will make great contributions to the development of Chinese textile and textile machinery industry as well as Asian and global textile and textile machinery industry.
