【玫芦消痤膏联合地氯雷他定治疗64例糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎临床研究】地氯雷他定干混悬剂怎么样

　　[摘要] 目的 探讨玫芦消痤膏联合地氯雷他定治疗糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎的临床疗效。 方法 选择2009年2月～2011年8月在我院皮肤科门诊就诊的64例糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎患者，将其随机分为两组，对照组（32例）口服5 mg地氯雷他定，1次/d；研究组（32例）在对照组治疗的基础上加用玫芦消痤膏局部外用，早中晚各1次。治疗1个月后进行临床疗效评价。 结果 治疗后研究组症状积分明显低于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05），两组症状积分差值在治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）。研究组治疗有效率（84.38%）明显高于对照组的53.13%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05），并且没有明显不良反应发生。反弹现象研究组明显低于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）。 结论 玫芦消痤膏联合地氯雷他定治疗糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎临床疗效确切，并且没有不良反应发生。

　　Clinical investigation of Meiluxiaocuo Cream and Desloratadine in the treatment of 64 cases with glucocorticoids dermatitis

　　[Abstract] Objective To study the clinical curative effect of Meiluxiaocuo Cream and Desloratadine in the treatment of glucocorticoids dermatitis. Methods 64 cases with glucocorticoids dermatitis were randomly divided into two groups (research group and control group), with 32 patients in each group. The control group was treated with Desloratadine (5 mg, once a day). On the basis of the treatment, the research group was given Meiluxiaocuo Cream (three times a day). The clinical curative effect was evaluated after treatment for one month. Results The symptom integral of research group was significantly lower than the symptom integral of control group, with statistically significant differences (P ＜ 0.05). The symptom integral difference of the two groups before and after treatment were significant different (P ＜ 0.05). The effective rate of research group (84.38%) was significantly higher than the effective rate of control group (53.13%), with statistically significant differences (P ＜ 0.05). All cases didn"t appear adverse reaction. The rebound phenomenon of research group was significantly lower than rebound phenomenon of control group, with statistically significant differences (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion Meiluxiaocuo Cream and Desloratadine have sure curative effect in the treatment of glucocorticoids dermatitis and they have no adverse reactions, the clinical implementation should be promoted.

　　糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎是指因长期外用糖皮质激素所致的皮炎，其特征是对激素的依赖，这是外用糖皮质激素不当所致的不良反应。糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎主要表现为皮肤潮红、丘疹、皮肤萎缩、毛细血管扩张、痤疮样及酒渣鼻样皮疹等，伴烧灼感、疼痛、瘙痒、干燥、紧绷感，停止外用糖皮质激素后则皮肤病复发，出现反跳现象[1-2]。我院皮肤科2009年2月～2011年8月用玫芦消痤膏联合地氯雷他定治疗糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎取得了较好的临床疗效，现报道如下：
