居民艾滋病防治知识知晓率达_北京市居民对社区口腔卫生服务知晓率、利用率与满意率调查结果分析

　　[摘要] 目的 了解北京市居民对本市社区口腔卫生服务的知晓、利用、满意情况。 方法 根据北京市地理位置分布将所属18个区县分为城区、近郊、远郊三组， 以海淀区、门头沟区和密云区为各组代表，随机选择三区社区居民进行问卷调查，并对调查结果进行分析。 结果 共回收有效问卷5 323份，居民对社区口腔卫生服务知晓率为57.9%，利用率为34.5%，其中，近郊居民对社区口腔卫生服务的利用率高于远郊和城区居民。居民对社区口腔卫生服务总满意率为81.2%，远郊满意率最高为92%。在最主要满意原因选项中，服务态度好和距离近、就医方便的比例最高，分别占满意人数的28.4%和24.5%；在不满意的选项中，医疗水平低和医疗设备差占比例最大，分别为 41.2%和26.7%。 结论 北京市居民对社区口腔卫生服务满意率良好，知晓率、利用率较低，需进一步提高。

　　Investigation of awareness, utilization, satisfaction rates of community oral health service in Beijing city

　　[Abstract] Objective To study the present state of awareness, utilization and satisfaction of community oral health care (COHC) among inhabitants of Beijing city. Methods Based geographical location, 18 districts and counties in Beijing city were divided into three groups of urban, suburbs and outer suburbs. Haidian district, Mentougou and Miyun districts were chosen as representative of the three groups. A questionnaire survey was conducted among community residents of the three districts. The investigation results were analyzed. Result 5 323 valid questionnaires were returned. The awareness rate was 57.9% and the utilization rate was 34.5%. The utilization rate of suburb residents was higher than that of outer suburbs and urban residents. The total satisfaction rate of COHC was 81.2%. The highest satisfaction rate was 92% occurred in outer suburbs. The main reasons for satisfaction were good service, closer distance and convenience of hospital visit, which accounted for 28.4% and 24.5% respectively among the satisfactory population. The main reasons for discontent were low level of medical and medical equipment, which accounted for the largest proportion of 41.2% and 26.7% respectively. Conclusion In Beijing city, the satisfaction rate of residents about COHS is quite high, the total rate of awareness and utilization rate is low, it should be improved.

　　社区口腔卫生服务是社区卫生服务的一个重要组成部分，它是一项以社区人群为服务对象，融预防、医疗、健康教育等内容为一体的口腔综合性卫生服务[1-2]。北京市社区口腔卫生服务受到政府的高度重视，社区口腔卫生服务体系框架已基本形成，服务覆盖面正不断扩大，方便了群众就医。但是，当前全市社区口腔卫生服务的水平与广大社区居民的健康需求相比仍存在较大差距。为了解北京市社区口腔卫生服务发展情况，笔者对北京市5 323名社区居民进行知晓率、利用率与满意率调查，初步分析社区口腔卫生服务满意率情况，以期为改善社区口腔卫生服务质量提供依据，有利于社区口腔卫生服务的不断改进和完善。
