自拟泻肝火清肺热中药方外洗治疗小儿手足口病疗效分析_自拟肺癌中药方

　　[摘要] 目的 观察自拟中药方外洗治疗小儿手足口病的临床疗效。 方法 选取2010年1月～2011年1月我院治疗的50例小儿手足口病患者，将其分为两组，其中中药外洗组30例，对照组20例。两组均用潘生丁治疗，中药外洗组外敷中药外洗方治疗。观察比较两组临床疗效。 结果 中药外洗组退热显效率为80%，对照组退热显效率为50%，两组退热显效率比较，差异有统计学意义（χ2=4.963，P = 0.026）。中药外洗组总有效率为96.67%，对照组总有效率达到75.00%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（χ2=5.335，P = 0.021）。 结论 泻肝火清肺热中药方外洗治疗治疗小儿手足口病具有退热快、病程短、皮疹消退早、并发症少等优势，值得在临床中使用并推广。

　　[Abstract] Objective To study the Analysis of curative effect on the self-made purging liver fire and clearing lung heat Decoction wash out in the treatment of children with hand-foot-and-mouth disease. Methods 50 cases of children with hand-foot-and-mouth disease in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2011 were selected, who were divided into two groups, traditional Chinese medicine washout group had 30 cases, and control group had 20 cases. Two groups were given PanShengDing, traditional Chinese medicine washout group was given Chinese traditional medicine to wash, and was given Ribavirin Aerosol and Ground Orchid Oral Liquid. The clinical effect of two gourps were observed and compared. Results The defervescence excellent rate of traditional Chinese medicine wash group was 80%, control group was 50%, there was significant difference between two groups (χ2=4.963, P = 0.026) .the total effect rate of traditional Chinese medicine wash group was 96.67%, the total effect rate of control group was 75.00%, and there was significant difference between two groups（χ2=5.335, P = 0.021）. Conclusion The self-made purging liver fire and clearing lung heat Decoction washout in the treatment of children with hand-foot-and-mouth disease is fast, fever, rash of short duration faded early, less complications advantage, is worth in the clinical use and promotion.

　　手足口病（hand-foot-and-mouth disease，HFMD）是一种由多种肠道病毒引起的传染病，常见婴幼儿发病，主要特征为发热和手、足、口腔等部位出现皮疹或疱疹。近年来，手足口病发病率逐渐提升[1]，病死率也有增长趋势，而西医治疗此病还没有特效药。有报道显示中医药治疗取得了一定的成效，发挥了积极的作用。笔者对2010年1月～2011年1月来我院治疗的50例手足口病患儿采用自拟中药方外洗进行治疗，疗效显著，现将结果报道如下：
　　1 资料与方法
　　1.1 一般资料
　　所选患儿均来自我院2010年1月～2011年1月儿科门诊及住院部，共有50例，其中男35例，女15例；年龄5个月～11岁。分组时按其就诊顺序随机分为中药外洗组和对照组，其中中药外洗组30例，男16例，女14例；对照组20例，男11例，女9例。中药外洗组与对照组在性别、年龄、病程、体温、口腔溃疡症状方面的比较，差异无统计学意义（P > 0.05），具有可比性。两组基线资料比较见表1。
