活动单――让英语课堂沐浴生命的芬芳 芬芳沐浴电影

  《小学英语课程标准(实验稿)》指出:基础教育阶段英语课程的任务是激发和培养学生学习英语的兴趣,使学生树立自信心,养成良好的学习习惯和形成有效的学习策略,发展自主学习的能力和合作精神。
  当前我市强势推行的“活动单导学模式”就是以活动单为载体,以导学为方式,培养学生能力,提高课堂教学效益,突出学生自主学习,注重学法指导的教学策略。其显著优点是发挥学生的主体作用,突出学生的自学行为,增强合作意识,强化能力培养,把学生由观众席推向演员的舞台。
  下面是一位老师教学《牛津小学英语5A》“Unit6 Doing housework”(Part A)时设计的学习活动单,就此谈谈自己对小学英语活动单教学的粗略思考。
  Unit 6 Doinghousework
  (第二课时PartA)
  学习目标
  1.理解A部分意思,能熟练地朗读并表演;
  ⒉学习并掌握下列单词和句型:morning, Maths, home, ring, housework, homework, help … with …;电话用语:― Is that …? ―Yes, this is …
  课前准备
  熟练掌握B、C部分;朗读A部分,了解大意并在你不理解的地方做上记号。
  活动方案
  Activity IReview复习“现在进行时”,注意人称的变化。
  赏析:课前吟唱约翰.丹佛的一首美国乡村音乐《sailing》
  I am sailing, I am sailing . Home again, cross(穿越) the sea.
  I am sailing stormy waters, to be near you, to be free.
  I am flying, I am flying.Like a bird, cross the sky.(天空)
  I am flying passing high clouds(云), to be near you, to be free.
  在这样的旋律声中,自然引入“sing a song”,活跃了课堂气氛,同时让学生复习了现在进行时的用法。
  1.Sing a song. (唱首歌)
  I am singing. We are singing.What are you doing? I am singing.
  He is singing. She is singing.What are you doing? We are singing.
  We are singing. He is singin What’s he doing? He is singing.
  She is singing. We are singing. What’s she doing? She is singing.
  2.Guessing game. (看图,猜一猜他/她正在干什么?)
  赏析:通过图片的呈现,复习句型“What are you doing? What’s he doing? What’s she doing?”及答句。初步接触短语:clean the window,sweep the floor,do housework,do one’s homework,引出课文中两个主要人物Su Hai和Su Yang 及本课主题Doing housework。
  Activity ПListen and response听并做出反应。
  1.Listen and answer(听答).

  2.Fill in the blanks(填空).
  It is __________ morning. Su Hai and Su Yang are ____________________. They ____________________ housework. The telephone is ringing.
  赏析:让学生带着问题观看引言部分flash,培养学生的看图能力和听力。在这种模式的课堂中,学生的学习方式发生了根本性的转变,每个问题的完成都是自动化达成:即学生根据活动单先自主学习,然后在小组长的带领下进行合作探究,再以小组为单位展示,相互进行更正、评定、完善。教师无须琐碎的讲解,只是根据学生学习的情况进行引导、点拨和提升。

  1.Read and find.(先朗读对话,然后到书中找出答案。)

  赏析:紧扣What are you doing?设计这一问题,目的在于学习短语“do one’s homework”及用法。从下面的练习设计中也可以看出老师的意图。
  ②想一想,填一填:
  You are doing your homework.
   He is doing ________ homework.
   She is doing ________ homework.
  We are doing ________ homework.
  2.Read and underline. (边朗读对话,边划出你不理解地方。)
  赏析:注重学生的学习策略的指导。边朗读对话,边划出你不理解地方,小组讨论后若不能解决,再小组间互帮。在小组到全班的互动合作学习过程中,学生已基本扫除了学习课文的障碍,这时教师出示课文中的重点短语和句子让学生朗读。

  3.T/F. (先快速阅读对话,然后判断正误。)

  赏析:在“T/F”的问题中,富有艺术性地解决了课文的重难点,如问题1中对电话用语的处理;问题3中对短语“help...with...”和表示学科单词的掌握;问题4中对“how about”和“what about”的巧妙引导。这几个问题的设计也是仅仅围绕上面的重点短语和句型展开的,教师的良苦用心可见一斑 ,同时体现了活动单设计的层次和梯度感。
  4.Read in roles. (分角色朗读。)
  检测反馈
  Fill in the blanks and read. (先自己独立完成,然后在小组内讨论。)
