[骶骨移位手法矫正联合场效应治疗仪治疗梨状肌综合征的效果观察] 场效应治疗仪

　　[摘要] 目的 探讨梨状肌综合征患者进行骶骨移位病变手法矫正及场效应治疗仪治疗的效果。 方法 选择我院2009年12月～2011年12月收治的梨状肌综合征患者76例。其中，26例给予局部封闭治疗（封闭组），25例给予手法治疗加封闭止痛（手法+封闭组），25例骨盆正位拍片显示骶骨移位状况，并给予骶骨移位手法矫正联合场效应治疗仪（手法+场效组），观察各组治疗前后症状、体征改善情况及患侧下肢感觉、循环等情况。 结果 三组一般资料比较，差异无统计学意义（P ＞ 0.05）。治疗后三组症状体征积分均较治疗前改善，但是手法+场效组积分改善明显优于其他两组（P < 0.05），手法+场效组治疗总有效率高于其他两组（P < 0.05）。治疗后患者末梢循环改善，但是手法+场效组末梢循环明显优于其他组（P < 0.05），三组治疗后小腿皮肤感觉差异无显著性，但足部皮肤感觉，手法+场效组优于其他组。 结论 骶骨移位病变是梨状肌综合征的一个重要因素，检查显示骶骨移位，手法矫正联合场效应治疗仪可明显改善梨状肌综合征患者症状体征，改善下肢感觉及末梢循环情况，值得应用。

　　Effect observation on sacral shift manual correction combined with field effect therapeutic apparatus in the treatment of piriformis syndrome

　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of sacral shift manual correction and field effect therapeutic apparatus in the treatment of piriformis syndrome. Methods 76 cases of patients with piriformis syndrome from December 2009 to December 2011 in our hospital were selected. 26 cases were given partial closure treatment (closed treatment group), 25 cases were given manual therapy and closure analgesia treatment (manual+closed treatment group), and 25 cases were given pelvic scan to detect the sacral shift situation, and then given the sacrum shift manual correction combined with field effect therapeutic apparatus treatment (manual+field effect group), the symptoms, leg feeling, circulation situation of each group were observed before and after treatment. Results The difference of the general information of three groups was not statistically significant (P ＞ 0.05). The symptoms and signs of three groups all improved after treatment, but the improvement of manual + field effect group was significantly better than the other two groups (P < 0.05); and the efficient rate of manual+field effect group was higher than the other two groups (P < 0.05). Peripheral circulation of patients all improved after treatment, but that of manual+field effect group was significantly better than the other groups (P < 0.05). Calf skin feeling of the three groups after treatment was not significantly different; but the foot skin sensation of manual+field effect group was better than other groups. Conclusion The sacrum shift lesion is an important factor of piriformis syndrome. When sacral displacement is check out, manual correction and field effect therapeutic apparatus treatment can significantly improve the signs and symptoms of piriformis syndrome, improve lower limb sensory and peripheral circulation, so it is worthy of application.
