非创伤性修复技术与传统备洞修复技术以玻璃离子分别修复乳磨牙龋洞的疗效比较_小腿创伤形成小洞,里面一直不长肉

　　[摘要] 目的 研究观察临床上应用非创伤性修复（ART）技术和传统备洞修复技术，用玻璃离子分别充填乳磨牙的单、复面龋洞的疗效。 方法 把单面和复面浅或中龋乳磨牙各100例，随机各抽选一半采用ART技术治疗，另一半用传统备洞修复技术治疗，比较两组患儿的合作表现及治疗效果。 结果 采用ART技术的患儿合作表现明显优于采用传统备洞技术的患儿，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05），在治疗成功率、继发龋方面对比，差异无统计学意义（P ＞ 0.05）；单面龋洞ART技术与传统备洞修复技术修复成功率明显优与复面龋洞ART技术与复面龋洞传统备洞修复技术，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）。 结论 ART技术无明显疼痛、无创伤、无噪音，易于得到儿童患者认同，是一种操作简单、安全、保证疗效的治疗儿童龋病的方法。

　　[Abstract] Objective To study the therapeutic efficacy of atraumatic restorative treatment (ART) technology and traditional prepared hole repair techniques with glass ionomer cement in the repair of single and complex deciduous teeth cavities. Methods 100 cases of shallow or medium single and complex deciduous teeth cavities were randomly assigned to ART group and traditional treatment group. Patient cooperation and treatment efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results Patient cooperation in the ART group was significantly better than that of traditional prepared hole treatment group (P 0.05); Success rate of single cavity was significantly better than that of complex cavity with either treatment methods (P 0.05）。本资料经医院伦理委员会通过，在获得患儿及其家属知情并签具同意书后进行研究。
